Is your company insured?
Yes, we carry Public Liability insurance.
Project Process
What is the project process?
General information will be gathered at the time of the initial inquiry and an appointment made to meet for an in depth project consultation. The consultation will allow me to survey the proposed site, take measurements and further discuss the job in more detail. Plans, design options and a portfolio detailing previous work will be made available at this time. References will also be furnished. A quote, in full will be presented at the conclusion of the meeting. Payment is made by the homeowner only upon completion of the project. No deposits are necessary prior to the beginning of work.
During what hours are you available to meet customers?
I am available to meet with homeowners at their convenience. Evenings and Saturday appointments are welcome.
Cleanup
Do you remove rubbish arising from project?
We do. All rubbish directly related to the project will be removed.
Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?
It is, as per agreement.
Aftercare
Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes, any problems arising from the project will be rectified to the customers satisfaction. In addition, all structural work comes standard with a full 1 year guarantee.
